Methodology

Four phases. One discipline.

Our work follows a deliberate sequence. Each phase is designed to catch the failure mode of the one before it.

  1. I
    Phase I

    Observe

We begin in the field, not in the deck. Interviews, instrumented behavior, ethnographic notes, and the deliberate study of what people do when no one is asking them to perform.

    • Stakeholder & user interviews
    • Behavioral instrumentation review
    • Existing-evidence audit
  2. II
    Phase II

    Model

We translate observation into structure: segments, decision pathways, motivational drivers. Models are explicit about what they include and what they omit. AI accelerates the synthesis; it does not author it.

    • Hypothesis framing
    • Quantitative validation
    • AI-assisted pattern surfacing
  3. III
    Phase III

    Interpret

The interpretive phase is where most research fails. We hold findings against the strongest counter-reading we can construct before we let them out of the room.

    • Adversarial review
    • Cross-segment triangulation
    • Confidence calibration
  4. IV
    Phase IV

    Apply

Research that does not change a decision was an expensive distraction. We deliver the work in the artifact the decision actually requires — brief, model, framework, or playbook — and we stay close while it is used.

    • Decision-aligned deliverables
    • Working sessions with operators
    • Six-month follow-up
